The Compass Athletic Booster Club supports the athletic programs at Compass including football, volleyball, basketball, golf, tennis, track, cross country, cheer, baseball, and softball. It is our mission to support the development of strong moral character while we support the financial needs of our student-athletes, coaches, and training staff and facilities.

BUILT FOR THE COUGARS.
The Compass Athletic Booster Club was established to support the athletic programs at Compass Academy in Odessa, Texas. We are a volunteer-run, nonprofit organization dedicated to the student-athletes, coaches, and training staff who make our programs great.
Our mission is simple: every dollar raised goes directly to our kids. We fund equipment, uniforms, travel, facilities improvements, and post-season banquets for all ten sports — football, volleyball, basketball, golf, tennis, track, cross country, cheer, baseball, and softball.
We believe that participation in athletics builds strong moral character alongside academic excellence. We are proud of the culture Coach Burrows and our coaches have built, and we are committed to sustaining it for generations of Cougars to come.
