Compass Athletic Booster Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting student athletics.

CABC accepts certain direct payments through Stripe, including payments for memberships, yard signs, magnets, and other CABC-provided items or activities.

CABC may also accept donations through Venmo. Venmo donations are made to an organizational account.

When you make a payment or donation through Stripe, Venmo, Hometown Ticketing, Fusion Brands, or another third-party service, that third party may collect and process your payment information according to its own privacy policy and terms.

CABC does not store full credit card numbers or full payment account details on its website.

Receipts may be provided by Stripe, Hometown Ticketing, Venmo, or another payment platform depending on the transaction. Donation receipts may be provided upon request for eligible sponsorships, events, or donations.

Memberships

When you purchase a CABC membership, we may collect information needed to process the membership, communicate with you, provide membership-related benefits, and maintain accurate organization records.

CABC memberships are annual and begin in May of each year.

Yard Signs, Magnets, and Related Orders

For student athlete yard signs, magnets, or related items, CABC may collect limited student-related information submitted by a parent or guardian, including the student athlete’s name and sport.

This information is used to process and fulfill the related order.

Volunteer Signups

Volunteer signups may be handled through a third-party service such as Signup.com. When you click a volunteer signup link, you may leave the CABC website and use a third-party platform.

Information submitted through Signup.com or another volunteer signup platform is governed by that platform’s own privacy policy and terms.

CABC may receive or access volunteer contact information as needed to coordinate volunteer activities.

Event and Ticket Information

CABC may sell or promote tickets for events such as athletic banquets, school athletic events, or related activities.

Some ticket purchases may be handled through third-party services such as Hometown Ticketing. Purchases completed through third-party ticketing platforms are governed by that platform’s own privacy policy and terms.

CABC may use or link to third-party services, including but not limited to:

Our website is hosted through Wix and uses Wix analytics.
